Warranty

When you purchase a new Ford vehicle you will be given a Warranty & Service Guide. This book details the warranties and regular services which come with your vehicle. Each vehicles comes with a comprehensive 2 year unlimited mileage warranty. This means that if any part of the vehicle becomes defective due to faulty manufacture or materials within 24 months of the date you take delivery, the part will be repaired or replaced (at manufacturer's discretion) free of charge by any Ford Authorised Dealer in Europe. The only conditons are:

• the vehicle must be serviced as recommended in the Ford Service Plan


• the service record must be kept up to date and stamped by the servicing dealer


• the vehicle must not be misused, modified or used for racing or rallying


• the vehicle's plated weights must not be exceeded

With Ford Protect, you can choose the best plan to take care of you and your Ford. You also have the choice to extend your warranty beyond the standard terms. You can choose from 5 different Extended Warranty Plans:

• Up to a maximum of 60,000 km or 3 years


• Up to a maximum of 100,000 km or 3 years


• Up to a maximum of 200,000 km or 3 years


• Up to a maximum of 150,000 km or 4 years


• Up to a maximum of 100,000 km or 5 years

All Ford vehicles have 2 years Roadside Assistance as part of their original purchase agreement.

However, once the 2 years is passed Roadside Assistance isn't provided but it can be purchased for a nominal €20.00 per annum. This will provide the identical cover that your car had from day one, namely:

In order to be eligible, cars must be within 9 years old/150,000km on the clock.

We will register your car for Roadside Assistance and issue you with a contract which you should store with your Service Log Book in the glove box of your car and refer to the numbers in it whenever you need assistance.

All Used Cars sold by our dealership are given a comprehensive service as well as an AA inspection prior to sale. In addition, we offer a 12 month warranty on all cars which mainly covers any mechanical, electronic or structural problems that may occur. Obvious exclusions to our Warranty are items regarded as service items or components which are expected to require periodic replacement e.g. oil and filters (oil, air, fuel and pollen).
