Cavanaghs of Charleville picks up ‘Aftersales Dealer of the Year – Munster’ at this year’s Autotrade Awards
For the second year in a row, Cavanaghs of Charleville picked up the Auto Trade ‘Aftersales Dealer of the Year’ award for the Munster region. The award – which was organised by publishers to the Motor Trade, Automotive Publications Ireland – was the culmination of a thoroughly researched and independent process which saw dealers being selected from each of the four provinces. Cavanaghs was selected by the adjudicators as the best Aftersales dealer in the Munster region.
Last year Cavanaghs won the Munster region and also the Ireland award outright. 2014 was the inaugural year for these awards created by Automotive Publications making Cavanaghs the very first winner of this award. Cavanaghs has also been acknowledged in the past with Awards from the Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI) and from Ford Ireland. The Auto Trade award was presented by former Dragon’s Den star Sean Gallagher and gratefully received on the night by Service Manager, Ger Clancy and Senior Service Advisor, John Sexton at a function at the City West Hotel in Dublin.
Gwen Linehan, Aftersales Manager at Cavanaghs of Charleville was understandably delighted that her team had picked up its second award in a row: “Winning these awards can only happen through hard work and the dedication of the team to providing top class Customer Service.
