Contact Centre Team Leader
This person is being recruited to assist with setting up and supervising a Contact Centre environment. The suitable candidate will have previous experience as either a supervisor or team leader in a contact centre/call centre or telemarketing environment. The contact centre will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls and working with the Dealership Management CRM and booking system. Amongst the key tasks will be:
- Helping to recruit internally and externally to assemble the contact centre team (max 4)
- Helping to identify training and development needs and put in place a plan to ensure staff are trained to the requisite level
- Set up daily, weekly, monthly systems and procedures and establish realistic and attainable targets for the contact centre
- Assist departmental managers in developing appropriate scripts
- Managing the CRM process and ensuring that the company database evolves and develops from the ongoing customer contact
- Fine tune reporting system so that all incoming and outgoing activities are being monitored and reported on
- Monitor and assist staff on call handling technique to ensure customers’ needs are being met
The ideal candidate should have extensive call centre experience in a team leader or supervisory capacity. This appointment is for a fixed contract and the suitable candidate will be granted a large amount of autonomy and flexibility in setting up the contact centre.
