The following position is currently available within our company:
Payroll / Accounts Administrator
Payroll / Accounts Administrator
The successful candidate will be involved in the day to day activities of the Accounts Department. Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Payroll for all employees

  • Comply with all PAYE, PRSI and Income Levy requirements

  • Responding to employees’ payroll queries

  • Credit Control

  • Responsible for Bodyshop invoicing& Liaising with Insurance companies

  • Assist with Purchase Ledger


The successful candidate will have:

  • Detailed knowledge of Payroll (Micropay – 3 to 5 years experience)

  • Credit Control experience

  • A relevant accounting qualification would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of the Motor Industry would also be an advantage

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • An ability to work to tight deadlines, and work on their own initiative
