Vehicle Servicing & Repair

• We can confirm that vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair, NCT & CVRT preparation and testing, are classed as essential services and permitted to remain open as normal.
• Accordingly, service, parts and body repair departments at Cavanaghs of Charleville and Mallow will remain open, while observing all of the necessary safety protocols to protect our customers and our staff.
• Customers ARE permitted to travel outside their 5km zone in order to get their vehicle serviced or repaired at their existing dealership.
• An appointment must be made in advance. Upon booking your vehicle you will receive a Booking confirmation text or email confirming that your vehicle is booked for service on a specified date. Please retain this message for verification. If stopped by An Garda Siochana, please present either your text message or email confirmation as proof of your activity.
• Please observe the health and safety processes in place when you arrive including the wearing of Facemasks and ensure your vehicle is clean and clear of all personal belongings.

Vehicle Sales

• Prospective customers are encouraged to use our website and can make contact with our sales team via email, online chat or social media in order to progress a non-contact sales enquiry.
• We appreciate that many customers will be renewing their cars for 2021 and will have many questions relating to pricing, availability of stock, valuation of their vehicle, release dates for new models etc. Customers are encouraged to ask these questions through the digital platforms available or by ringing any of our sales team on the numbers outlined below.
