Aftersales Agent\Internal Service Advisor
This position requires excellent administrative, organisation and communication skills. Please note this is a back-office role and is not customer-facing.
Working closely with other members in the Aftersales Department, the successful candidate will have responsibility for:
- Taking Inbound and outbound customer bookings for Workshop
- Making, amending and editing bookings on the internal software system
- Arranging customer vehicle pick-ups and liaising with internal staff to ensure smooth pick-up and drop-offs
- Handling inbound Aftersales queries and advising customers accordingly
- Over time, developing an understanding of Manufacturer requirements and being able to navigate manufacturer sites to find relevant information and advise customers on best practice
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Managing customer database and working with Marketing Manager to ensure all external automated customer contact is working as designed
Key Requirements:
Experience in this role or a similar role within the Motor Industry would be an advantage.
Experience of Dealership Management Software (DMS) systems and manufacturer systems would be an advantage.

Administrator - Bodyshop
We are looking for a capable and competent administrator who can assist in the running of our busy Bodyshop facility based in Charleville. This can be both a part-time or full-time position and may also suit someone who is available for 3 days per week. The following are key requirements for the role:
- General knowledge and understanding of the process of repairing a crashed/damaged vehicle and familiarity with the terminology involved
- Experience in work scheduling and estimation (this will be included in training)
- Excellent communication and administration skills across different work levels
- High level of accuracy in work carried out
- Strong team work and competence in multitasking
- A full clean driver’s licence
