The All-New Transit Connect
The All-new Transit Connect has arrived with a fresh perspective. Enhanced towing capacity, revamped cargo space, and introducing the Plug-in Hybrid option for the very first time.
Boasting a striking appearance and diligent performance. Its exterior catches the eye with sleek lines, commanding front grilles, a diverse palette of body hues, complemented by a chic and roomy interior.
Both short- and long-wheelbase versions feature a redesigned cargo area capable of accommodating either 109.5 or 131.7 cubic feet, respectively. Those primarily transporting goods may opt for the two-seat van configuration, while dual-purpose users can select the five-seat Kombi version for passenger transport. The new flexible seating layout in the Kombi allows the rear seats to fold forward and upward, expanding the rear cargo space sufficiently to fit two European-sized pallets in the long-wheelbase van. When folded, the seats also serve as a barrier between the cargo area and the front-row occupants, enhancing safety and refinement.
The newly designed cabin incorporates a plethora of modern amenities, including a configurable 10-inch digital cluster and 10-inch infotainment screen that support wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with wireless charging capabilities and numerous USB charging ports. The array of standard and optional advanced driver assistance systems ranges from pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking to a rear-view camera and Pro Trailer Backup Assist.
